The Sub Regional Office, Bhopal (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) has been established in 1998.Office was inaugurated by Dr. Satya Narayan Jatiya, the then labour minister, Government of India, on 15th September 1998 (Tuesday). It comes under the jurisdiction of Regional Office, Indore. It has grown in its size, content during all these year and equipped itself to cater the needs of the covered establishments and the provident fund members in the matter of securing the compliance and imparting the benefits to its esteemed members.
Facilitation Centers have been strengthened and activated in all the offices in the region to provide effective services to the employers and members who call on the respective offices for general enquiries and specific queries on the settlement of benefits and other connected issues. Proper counseling is also being provided in the Facilitation Centers to the members in the matter of filling complete claim forms as well as awareness of the benefits and other connected procedures for smooth implementation of the Act and the Schemes. |

वे सभी नियोक्ता जिनके यहाँ १९ से अधिक कर्मचारी कार्यरत हैं तथा जो योजना के अंतर्गत नही आते हैं, वे अपने निकटस्थ कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि कार्यालय में पहुँच कर अपनी संस्था को योजना के तहत व्याप्त करवा सकते हैं|ट्रेड यूनियन अथवा कोई अन्य व्यक्ति भी ऐसी किसी संस्था की जानकारी होने पर जहाँ पर कि १९ से अधिक कर्मचारी कार्यरत हो, अपने निकटस्थ भविष्य निधि कार्यालय में सूचित कर इस प्रकार के अव्याप्त संस्थानों की सूचना रखने में विभाग की मदात कर सकते हैं|
